This notice explains how ClickBit Digital handles information connected with our corporate website. It is separate from the Chester game privacy policy, which covers Chester's device, local-network and hosted multiplayer data.
Current website setup. The public site has no customer accounts, online checkout, advertising or analytics tracker. Contact and review forms currently prepare a message for WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it.
1. Who we are
ClickBit Digital provides engineering design, BIM modeling, software and IT services from Dhaka, Bangladesh. For privacy questions, use the contact details in section 10.
2. Information you choose to provide
Project inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address, selected service, and project message. At the date of this policy, the form creates a prefilled WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp. The information is not sent through the ClickBit website merely because you fill in the fields; it is sent when you choose to continue in WhatsApp.
Reviews
The review form asks for a name, company or project, rating and review text. It also prepares a WhatsApp message. If you submit a review, we may assess it for publication on this website. A published review may show the name, role/company, rating and text supplied or later agreed with you. Do not include confidential project details or sensitive personal information.
Direct communications
If you call us, send a WhatsApp message, email us, or contact us through a linked social-media service, we receive the information that you and that service provide with the communication.
3. Technical information
Our hosting, content-delivery and security providers may process ordinary web-request information, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and security or error logs. We use this infrastructure to deliver and protect the website and to diagnose faults. Provider log retention follows the relevant provider's settings and policies.
Pages currently request font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google therefore receives the network information needed to return those files, including your IP address and request headers. See Google's privacy policy.
The site source at the date above does not include an advertising or behavioral-analytics tracker. We do not intentionally set tracking cookies. A third-party site you open from one of our links may use its own cookies or similar technology under its own policy.
4. Browser-based tools
The calculators and converters currently provided under our Tools section run their calculations in your browser. We do not use their typed values for advertising or profiling. If a tool directs you to contact us for a service, information you then send is handled as a project inquiry.
5. How we use information
- reply to inquiries and discuss requested work;
- prepare proposals, deliver services, and maintain project and business records;
- review, edit for clarity where agreed, publish, update or remove client feedback;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
- prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- protect the rights, safety and property of our clients, visitors and business.
We do not sell website inquiry or review information.
6. When information may be shared
- WhatsApp/Meta: when you choose to send a form-prepared or direct WhatsApp message.
- Website infrastructure providers: for hosting, delivery, security, backups and technical operation.
- Google Fonts: to return the font resources requested by your browser.
- Professional advisers or authorities: where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security or compliance purposes.
- A business successor: if all or part of the business is reorganized or transferred, subject to appropriate handling of the information.
These providers may process information in countries outside Bangladesh. Their own privacy terms and safeguards apply to their services.
7. Retention
We retain inquiries, proposals, client communications and related business records only for as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, project, support, accounting, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Published reviews normally remain visible until they are updated or removed. Infrastructure logs follow provider-controlled retention schedules. We may keep a minimal record where necessary to document a request or legal obligation.
8. Security and third-party links
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to a small service website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, client sites and other third parties take you to services that ClickBit Digital does not control; review their policies before providing information.
9. Your choices
You can choose not to send a prefilled form message, avoid including optional information, or contact us to ask about access, correction, removal, restriction or another privacy concern. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need enough information to verify the request. You may also ask us to correct or remove a published review.
This business website is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child unless a parent or guardian is appropriately involved.
